MEET CHANTALLE STUARTOur Executive Chef & General ManagerChantalle has been an integral part of our team since 2021. Chantalle's serendipitous journey into culinary was natural as food was a central part of her childhood. Born & raised in Nassau, Bahamas, Chantalle developed a passion for hospitality, more specifically, cooking at a very young age. "My father LOVED meeting & entertaining people, but he displayed a special love for cooking. As a hotelier, he met many persons, most of whom became close & personal friends. Often times, he would invite them home to meet his family & show off his skills, & our dinners were always sure to be a delicious adventure. I find an indescribable pleasure in passing this sense of joy and bonding over memorable meals to our guests", Chantalle explains.
Chantalle brings culinary excellence to Coco Plum Bistro with her wealth of knowledge, 14+ years industry experience & sophisticated flavor profile that can be enjoyed in every dish. A Johnson & Wales graduate, Chantalle has been featured numerous times, most recently in the international press as a result of the overwhelming positive reviews garnered by patrons & long-term guests. While she's always planning her next adventure, she's also constantly planning the next exquisite dish with her personal stamp & is always eager to share with you. |
